Our Employment team has extensive experience in employment law, industrial relations, human resource management, corporate governance and dispute resolution. We provide practical advice to clients in applying employment legislation, including privacy, parental leave, health and safety, equal employment opportunities, executive remuneration, and human rights laws. We have also developed, and regularly conduct, training courses for employers and line managers on the practical application of employment legislation.
