Minter Ellison Rudd Watts adds three new senior associates

Nick Lodder has joined Minter Ellison Rudd Watts’ banking and financial services team.  Nick specialises in advising financiers and borrowers across a broad range of banking and financial matters.  Nick is based in the Auckland office, and was previously with Kensington Swan.

The firm has also announced the internal promotion of senior lawyers Graham Beever and Patricia Watt. 
 
Graham is a public law specialist with New Zealand and United Kingdom experience in constitutional and administrative law, public policy, statutory compliance, information law, public sector commercial matters and financial sector regulation.  In addition, Graham has worked as a Ministerial Advisor in the Beehive. 
 
An experienced commercial property lawyer, Patricia has specialist knowledge in the sale and purchase of commercial and residential property, joint venture arrangements, commercial leasing arrangements and complex land and title issues. 
 
Both Graham and Patricia are based in the firm’s Wellington office.
 
In announcing these appointments, managing partner, Mark Weenink, said the firm was delighted to welcome Nick Lodder and to acknowledge the contribution that Graham Beever and Patricia Green have made to the firm. “With these appointments we continue to grow the quality and depth of talent at the senior level within the firm.”
