Minter Ellison Rudd Watts has welcomed back banking and finance specialist John Conlan.  John returns to the firm after 18 months in London as a Senior Associate with Herbert Smith LLP.

John specialises in corporate, property and construction finance, lease transactions, asset financing, personal property securities and Securities Act compliance.  While at Herbert Smith, he advised lenders and borrowers involved in a range of international financing transactions across a variety of industries and sectors including oil and gas, renewables, mining, infrastructure and transportation.

John joins the firm’s Wellington banking and finance team as a Senior Associate.
