Minter Ellison Rudd Watts adds new senior associate

Property disputes lawyer, Julia Batchelor-Smith has been promoted to the senior ranks of Minter Ellison Rudd Watts.

Julia has a wealth of experience, in both New Zealand and the Middle East, in providing expert legal advice and dispute resolution services in all aspects of construction and commercial property disputes.  Her expertise includes weathertightness issues, construction contracts, acquisitions, divestments, leasing issues, due diligence, joint venture development arrangements and adjudication disputes under the Construction Contracts Act 2002.
