Patricia is an experienced commercial
property lawyer. Patricia has spent most of her legal career in London where she was involved in a wide range of deals including the sale and purchase of commercial and residential property, joint venture arrangements, development agreements, commercial leasing arrangements and complex land and title issues.

Involved in the sale and acquisition of major commercial properties including carrying out due diligence for vendors and purchasers

Negotiating and documenting building projects including acting on the development and leasing of new commercial buildings and mixed use buildings and providing advice on fitout works and overage provisions

Acting for Calthorpe Estate (large commercial estate in Birmingham) on new build of a high quality office development, including advising client on complicated title issues and restructuring of property arrangements to maximise tax benefits to clients

Negotiating and documenting leasing arrangements, including for joint venture partners carrying out developments on behalf of land owners

Ongoing advice to various landlords and tenants on issues arising from time to time in leases including alienation, make good and default provisions
