Amanda is an experienced tax adviser with specialist tax knowledge in a wide range of domestic and international technical and legal tax issues for individual and corporate clients.  Amanda provides advice on general corporate tax issues, financing, property, M&A transactions, GST, and taxation of cross-border structured finance transactions.

  • Advising clients on corporate and financial tax issues, including those associated with cross-border structured finance, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and private equity
  • Advising clients on financing structures including input on structuring, documentation, and other advisory work, including obtaining binding rulings from the Inland Revenue
  • Providing structuring advice, input on prospectuses and investment statements and in obtaining binding rulings for clients in the funds industry
